FUNDAMENTALS OF FALL PREVENTION
Preoccupied by your sense of balance? Not feeling as stable on your own two feet as you once did? This hands-on workshop is both for those who want to regain some autonomy of movement and improve their sense of stability, as well as for those who’d like to maintain and improve mobility and strength of the feet, ankles and hips.
All are welcome (fully mobile and autonomous people as well as those using walking aids).

Delve into the fundamentals of optimal health and wellness, and explore the various tools available to us for identifying and releasing our most potent stressors. These 5 pillars make up the foundation upon which we can develop a balanced and healthy body and mind. For the more inquisitive among us, we will also briefly discuss a few of the more fascinating and unconventional methods that support our vitality and sense of wellbeing.
